ArrayStager does standardized annotation and processing of microarray data within the EuReGene project.
All submitted data is treated confidential and is only accessible to the respective user.
Upon the user's explicit agreement the data is published to Edinburgh's data-mining tool.
Submitting data to ArrayStager is possible for registered users and requires the following steps:
